Dogwood Acres Pet Resort in Stevensville, Maryland

Project Description

This project design was for new construction of a 21,000 SF, 2story pet daycare and pet boarding facility. The building consists of one 2-story administration building, one 2-story kennel, and three 1-story kennels. The facility has a large indoor play area, and an attached caretaker’s apartment. The floor in the kennel area was designed with underfloor heating system. Site lighting design was also included for the exterior spaces.
