Project Description

K Neal, Hyattsville, MDSAI Engineering provided MEP design and construction administration for shell and interior layout plans for this truck/ tractor sales and service facility. The design was a two-part building with sales, parts, and office space in one portion and service bays in another portion. The 19,500 sf sales, parts and office remodeled consisted of new plumbing and electrical fixtures, HVAC systems, electrical raceways for telecommunications distribution and lighting controls, and fire alarm system. The 16,500 sf service bays included nine (9) service bays plus a wash bay. This design also required incorporation of a radiant heat floor system.
