Project Description

SAI has provided design at this location for many years, spanning back years of trusted design even before it was under its current name. SAI has provided electrical design for photometric and site lighting; the upgrade of shop panels; and most recently the renovation and alterations of one of the buildings that had been used as a pre-owned vehicle showroom with a parts department and service garage. The design for this 20,400 sq project included the following:

• Upgrading the shop to include removal of all gas heaters
• Installation of a new gas HVAC units
• Removal of all hose reels
• Upgrades to lighting and power
• Addition of a 2-story vehicle paint booth
• Renovation of the showroom
• Removal of the 2nd level in a portion of the building (existing parts) to facilitate installation of the paint booth
• K Neal, Hyattsville, MDToilet rooms and locker rooms
