SAI provided design of tenant layout plans and construction administration for this office space in an existing 10,000 SF multi-floor, multi-tenant building. All design to conform with the PNC Workplace Design Standards to include open office area with systems furniture workstations, a few private offices, small and large conference rooms, employee break room, copy/fax area, IDF/server room, a mother’s room, and storage space.

SAI provided MEP design drawings for office reconfigurations, renovations and alterations at these branch offices.

SAI provided design alterations to an existing 3,000 square foot shell space conforming to the PNC standards to include new mechanical equipment, general power and lighting and new plumbing fixtures.
