Village at Leesburg Retail & Theater Shell Building in Leesburg, Virginia

Project Description

SAI provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for this two-story structure comprised of approximately 23,000 SF of shell retail space plus 34,000 SF of covered parking on the lower level and 57,000 SF of shell space for a movie with the potential for up to twelve theaters on the upper level. The building was designed as a warm-lit shell, classified as non-separated, mixed-use.
