Our Approach

Our Approach SAI Engineering seeks to build and maintain a positive and amicable rapport with project participants, which in turn improves the problem solving project
environment. We regard our work as part of a mutually beneficiary team. The partnership we establish with owners, contractors, developers and architects is
predicated on several important principles:

Our Story

1996
– SAI incorporates as a stand-alone MEP firm under the name “SAI Engineering Incorporated Mechanical and Electrical Group”

1996
– SAI opens its first office in Woodbridge, VA (Tackett’s Mill)

2003
-SAI moves to its current headquarters location, in Woodbridge (13662 Office Place, Suite 101)

2010
– SAI re-brands and shortens its official name to “SAI Engineering Incorporated”, a Virginia “C” Corporation

2018
– The founders begin their retirement transition process, transferring ownership to employees, in order for SAI to continue serving the community, and to continue serving our clients and connections, with the best possible services and practices
