Project Description

SAI provided MEP design for this existing suite on the second floor of a multistory office building. The initial scope included design for new HVAC systems; new plumbing including water waste and vent services to all new fixtures; new lighting controls; power for HVAC and plumbing; branch circuits; and fire alarm systems. The design scope was expanded to the new multi-level lobby area for further mechanical and electrical design to relocate shaft diffusers and add ductwork and diffusers as well as new lighting. The scope was further expanded to make the project LEED compliant. The project reached LEED certified status.
