Our Story

1996
– SAI incorporates as a stand-alone MEP firm under the name “SAI Engineering Incorporated Mechanical and Electrical Group”

1996
– SAI opens its first office in Woodbridge, VA (Tackett’s Mill)

2003
-SAI moves to its current headquarters location, in Woodbridge (13662 Office Place, Suite 101)

2010
– SAI re-brands and shortens its official name to “SAI Engineering Incorporated”, a Virginia “C” Corporation

2018
– The founders begin their retirement transition process, transferring ownership to employees, in order for SAI to continue serving the community, and to continue serving our clients and connections with the best possible services and practices.
