Project Description

This design included MEP tenant layout plans for conversion of a ground floor shell space of 2,365 SF in a multi-story office building into a branch bank. SAI’s design had to meet Wells Fargo LEED certification requirements to ensure energy efficient design thus undergoing a rigorous review process.
